How can I contact Customer Services?

Are there any time limits for downloading the images?

The images may be downloaded 2 times after purchase.

How soon after payment can I download the images I want?

Your images will be available for download just as soon as the payment process is complete. The download link will be emailed to you and available in Your Account Download area.

How long does it take to download each image?

The download time depends on the size of the images and the speed of your internet connection. The higher the resolution, the longer it takes. Obviously a fast internet connection would speed up the process.

Is your site secure?

Yes, we use the Paypal payment gateway for our payment processing. For more details visit their site: Paypal

Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we do not keep any credit card details.

Which credit card do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard via Paypal

Is there any other option to pay?

South African Customers may contact us for EFT details.

Can I request a refund of fees?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the processing fees as images may already be downloaded and used in accordance with Royalty Free usage.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes, Paypal will give you an instant receipt on payment and you will also be able to print an invoice from your ‘My Account’ area.

Do I own the images once I have paid for them?

All images and copyright remains the property of GetWild.co.za. What you have purchased is the right to reproduce the images.

What is Royalty Free?

The Royalty Free Digital Stock Photography is a concept where user of the images does not have to pay any royalty for repeated use of the images. The buyer does not own the copyright of the images but have bought out the right to use the images legally without further payments or interruption from the seller. These images cannot be resold or transferred but it offers a wide range of benefits; mainly lower pricing and convenience

What are the differences between Royalty Free and Rights Managed?

Rights Managed offers individual images to be rented through the negotiation of a specific price for a specific use and by offering clients the opportunity for exclusive rights and the ability of restricting similar use of the image by others. Royalty free photography concept is that does not require customers to pay royalties on the photo that they use after initial purchase. This greatly reduces the costs and allows far greater freedom with the images purchased. Of course, supplying all our images on digital format gives our customers the advantage of being able to go straight to the colour separator or print rather than having to scan them at an additional cost. Most important, this allows far more flexibility than traditional photo library.

Can I use the thumbnails or preview images for my final artwork?

The Low-Resolution (thumbnail Images May Be Used for Comps And Layouts only. The Low-Resolution Images May Not Be Used In Any Final Materials Distributed Inside Of Your Company Or Any Materials Distributed Outside Of Your Company Or To The Public, Including, But Not Limited To, Advertising And Marketing Materials Or Any Online Or Other Electronic Distribution System (Except That You May Transmit Comps Digitally Or Electronically To Your Clients For Their Review), And May Not Be Distributed, Sublicensed Or Made Available For Use Or Distribution Separately Or Individually, And No Rights May Be Granted To The Low-Resolution Images.
